nginx 配置 websocket

nginx 配置
jupyter 使用了 websocket 协议，所以需要配置支持 websocket。

jupyter notebook 用到了 websocket, 所以需要配置

    proxy_set_header Upgrade "websocket";
    proxy_set_header Connection "Upgrade";
